How do I fund my account?

In your admin panel click on the "Payment" tab to select your payment method

NOTE: Before adding funds please read about VAT deductions!

The minimum you can add to your account is 200 EUR/USD (except wire transfers).

For wire transfer payments the minimum is 500 EUR/USD. 

Click on the relevant payment icon and follow the onscreen instructions to add funds.

For PayPal/Paxum/WebMoney, payments will only show on your account immediately, if added via your admin panel. Funds sent externally will not reach your account.

For Wire transfers, allow up to 5 working days before chasing, and please make sure you complete the pro-forma accurately, and that when sending the funds to us you should use your ExoClick login as the reference on your transfer, to avoid delays in adding the funds to your account. The information you give to your bank needs to match 100% to your pro-forma to avoid additional delays in processing your payments!


Make sure the name/company name and address information on your account is what you want to show on your invoices. Once our Finance department creates your invoice, they can not be modified afterwards.
